Meet our founder!
A few years ago, during her travels in Scotland. Gody discovered an amazing fabric, called Harris Tweed®: made of 100% Pure New Wool that is dyed, blended, carded, spun, warped, woven, finished only in Scotland’s Outer Hebrides (an island chain off the west coast of mainland Scotland).
She couldn’t stop thinking about it and started reading and learning about it. She bought her first little piece of Harris Tweed® from Annie, who lives on the island and runs a small mill together with her family.
Ever since Gody was a little girl she has been fascinated by all kinds of fabric. She needs to smell and feel every fabric that comes along her way. She inherited this from her grandmother, who was passionate about clothes and fashion and couldn’t stop talking about it, which she still does at the age of 93!
Together with Flagbag Gody started designing and the classic bag was born.

The Classic bag
The bag had to be big enough for a forest walk, yet elegant to take with you on an evening walk in a city or an aperitivo in the heart of an Italian village.
So it had to be an allround bag: feminin, sporty, elegant and fit for all seasons and moods.
The Classic bag is the perfect bag for every occasion. In fact, it’s an all-in-one: forget about your backpack, medium size cross-body,… Just take your Classic bag and you’re set for any adventure that comes along your way.

Our Philosophy
We love our bags, but we love the people we work with even more!
We work with local companies, because we strongly believe in this type of production. It shortens the chain and you can experience the production process from nearby. Another advantage of keeping it local is the flexibility. We just produce what we need.

Local products can be glamoureus as well.
We work with the loveliest people and the best fabric in the world and for us that’s the definition of glamour!
Care, Repair & Recylce program
If you take care of your bag, it will last a lifetime. If there is a defect, you can have it repaired by us. Have you two finally outgrown each other? Then you can hand them in for recycling or refurbishing and in return you get a discount on your next purchase.
